The result of this week

Finally, the school day is end and three days break is coming. I think this is the most tired week in my new semester so far, because I slept less than six or five hours and kept pushing me to train and work out. I always tell myself, if you want to improve yourself, you have to work as hard as possible. For instance, when people go to build their muscle, muscle must be sore after working out which means the process is effective. In this way, when people feel tired or lack strength, they shouldn't stop because when this feeling happen means you had already improve yourself. The certain thing we know is we can take a short break and keep putting effort in order to accomplish goals. I think the biggest improvement this week is I have my strength back and I can play basketball as well as before, therefor I should keep working out or practicing in order to not lose my strength again.
