The improvement of working out

After training at UMC, I feel I am more approach to my goal. Even though yesterday was my first day of working out, I can identify the difference between people who work out and people who do not work out. Actually, my muscle has overuse recently, because on each Monday and Wednesday, I have basketball practice after PE class which means I ran more than twenty laps or do many physical exercise at that day. Basically, I go to UMC on Tuesday or Thursday and have two muscle training classes on Monday and Wednesday. According to this schedule, my muscle probably will die someday. Conversely, I think this is good for me, because I have enough exercise everyday which is good for my health. The certain thing I learn that people have to keep examine how much have they improved in order to get self-confidence to move on next destinations. In my opinion, people should make goals and try to accomplish as hard as possible. In this way, people will improve themselves and be successful.
