The result of sleeping earlier

During those days, I started to sleep earlier in order to get more strength, and result of it was very effective. As my experience, I slept early at night, on tomorrow, my brain can think everything clearly and I can concentrate on each things. As the report states, people must to sleep during 11:00 PM to 3:00 PM which is the most important period for sleeping. Therefore, I decided to sleep at 10:00 in order to fall asleep before 11:00. However, I slept at 12:00 last night and I get tired easily on tomorrow which means the comparability is obviously states people who go to sleep earlier will have better strength than people who go to sleep late. Furthermore, I think the influence are not only on school work but also on sport activities. If people who have less strength, they will tend to tired easily and feel more weary after a day. Therefore, there are many disadvantages about sleeping late. For instance, you work extremely hard in order to remember vocabularies as many as possible, nevertheless you forgot most of them tomorrow because you slept pretty late last night and you can't even focus on your school works. Afterwards you have a nap during the class, but you still feel extraordinary tired at that day, which means you didn't learn anything in class or you only learned some of them. As we see, there are lots of harm of sleeping late, thus, why not sleep early and have regular life.
