Sleep cycle

Recently, someone suggested me to use a program that it helps you to manage your sleep time which I think it's very useful. Basically, it helps you to calculate a sleep cycle and the program divide the period of our sleep time by ninety minutes. In addition, if we follow the time that the program suggests us to sleep, you will feel more comfortable when you wake up in the morning. I think this kind of stuff it's pretty cool to know, because I always sleep late in order to study or finish my homework on time. So I hope I can have sleep comfortably by following the time program gives to me. I have seen another program which is very similar with this one, it's available on apps store that we can download the program to iPhone. it's called sleep cycle alarm clock, user can wake up more comfortable by using this special alarm clock. It gives you a sleep cycle which tell you the most appropriate time to sleep and wake you with the soft music when you are not in deep sleep. I don't know it's actually work or not, but people who believe this program probably will work. I will try this program for couple time in order to test if it's work for me or not.
